Subsequent listings sold for more than twice the original purchase price, with several recently resold units closing for amounts between $329,000 and $525,000.

More than half of this building’s tenants opted to purchase their units during the conversion process. Fully renovated units have resold for $30,000 to $50,000 more than the original purchase price.

This Dupont Circle conversion project was completed in 2002 with half of existing tenants electing to purchase their unit. A renovated unit sold to an outside buyer in 2001 for $137,000 recently resold for $216,000.
